They're the most dangerous goatfolk, specially if you have low max HP. ![]() I guess if you go all in on shield skills, but i'd rather use the skill points elsewhere even as a melee char.Īs for the goatfolk Sowers, high explosives ignore AV and DV, so it doesn't matter how armored or dodgy you are, if you get caught in an explosion it'll always deal it's full damage directly to your health. Having high AV from armors is usually more beneficial to your survival, along with high toughness for more HP. ![]() Also as i understand it the block only adds the AV bonus to your total AV, it doesn't actually negate the hit. Unless it has been changed, shields only apply the AV bonus when the block triggers (and it can't trigger if you don't have any shield skills), while the DV penalty is always applied.
